Sarah Reep
Strategic advisor, educator, and longtime voice for businesses shaping the future of the kitchen & bath industry.

PERSPECTIVE
What thirty years in the kitchen & bath industry taught me.
01
This business is ultimately about people, trust, and helping someone make an important decision about how they live at home.
02
Customers today want more than a beautiful design. They want expertise, reassurance, and someone who can help simplify a process that often feels overwhelming.
03
Problems and market changes create opportunities. But only for businesses willing to adapt and invest in their people.

ABOUT SARAH
The Woman Behind
the Work
For more than thirty years, I’ve worked across nearly every corner of the kitchen and bath industry, from design, sales, education, and business development roles with leading manufacturers to advisory work alongside showrooms, lumberyards, dealer networks, and supplier partners. That experience has given me a unique perspective on how products, people, processes, and customer expectations come together to shape successful businesses.

I intentionally work with a limited number of organizations so I can provide meaningful attention, objective perspective, and thoughtful guidance. Each opportunity begins with a conversation to determine whether there is a mutual fit and whether my experience is the right match for your goals.

What I still value most is the closer, more personal work. Whether it’s helping a business owner think through a challenge, coaching a sales manager or designer, or simply sharing perspective shaped by decades inside the industry, those conversations are still the most rewarding part of what I do.
